Work + Projects
Useful systems, solved messes, and work that made the next thing easier.
My work is usually not just a dashboard, report, or workflow. It is the structure underneath: the definitions, processes, data models, automations, and decisions that help an organization trust what it knows.
Featured work
Data platform
Reporting ecosystem
Reporting should answer questions, not create new ones.
Built and standardized the reporting ecosystem supporting leadership, finance, HR, operations, project management, sales, and engineering users.
Instead of treating every dashboard as its own island, I established shared logic, reusable datasets, consistent KPIs, and clearer support patterns so reporting became part of the company’s operating rhythm.
Operating model
Data team operating system
Nobody notices the absence of chaos, but they feel it.
Built the working system the data team needed: intake, prioritization, Azure DevOps tracking, QA checklists, UAT, release readiness, documentation expectations, and support handoff.
This turned data work from a stream of one-off requests into a more visible, testable, and repeatable delivery process.
Business systems
CoreLogic billing platform
Billing software people never notice is usually working perfectly.
Supported the billing platform that translated software usage across CoreLogic’s FNC application estate into auditable invoices and reporting for major mortgage and financial-services clients.
Helped move a historically manual, single-owner process into a documented, scalable, team-supported system.
Project wall
Architecture
Microsoft Fabric migration strategy
Authored an 18-month migration strategy from Azure Synapse toward Microsoft Fabric, including architecture direction, validation planning, governance expectations, and long-term platform sustainability.
CRM foundation
HubSpot data foundation
Documented automations, reduced brittle logic, clarified data ownership, and stabilized reporting patterns so the CRM could support changing fields, labels, forecasts, and sales workflows.
Governance
Source-of-truth logic
Defined how truth changes across the project lifecycle as opportunities move from HubSpot into Deltek Vantagepoint and become active project work.
Quality
Data quality controls
Established QA checklists, pipeline safeguards, validation expectations, and monitoring concepts to catch problems before they reached reporting users.
Executive reporting
L10 primary dashboard
Built leadership-facing KPI reporting that created a shared view of company and department-level performance for recurring executive decision-making.
Market strategy
Branch expansion analysis
Combined isochrones, census demographics, ERP data, sales history, and market context into a decision-support model for evaluating new branch locations.
Reporting automation
Survey report pipeline
Built a pipeline that cleaned raw survey data and generated more than 100 reports, replacing repetitive manual work with repeatable reporting automation.
Org change
Restructure data support
Refactored employee mapping, market labels, and downstream reporting dependencies so data systems could absorb organizational change with less manual cleanup.
AI readiness
AI-ready data foundations
Connected AI enablement to the less glamorous work underneath it: governed business objects, reliable metadata, documentation, consistent terminology, and trustworthy reporting.
The through-line
The tools change: SQL, Power BI, Fabric, Snowflake, HubSpot, ERP systems, survey platforms, workload management boards, automations.
The work stays consistent: make the system clearer, make the data more trustworthy, make the next decision easier, and leave behind something more maintainable than what was there before.
