Resume
Building clarity from chaos.
I build the data systems organizations use to understand themselves.
That includes the technical infrastructure, but also the definitions, workflows, governance, and human judgment around it. My best work begins when the problem is larger than one dashboard and messier than the original request suggests.
What I do
Data platforms and architecture
I design the infrastructure behind trusted information: data platforms, pipelines, semantic models, integrations, and documentation that can scale beyond one-off fixes.
Reporting and decision systems
I turn recurring questions into durable reporting products, shared metrics, and decision tools. The goal is not more dashboards. It is better information at the moment someone needs to act.
Governance and operating models
I establish ownership, validation, quality controls, documentation, and delivery practices so data work remains trustworthy after the first launch.
Adoption and human-centered technology
Technical systems do not succeed on implementation alone. I use stakeholder interviews, usage patterns, feedback, training, and observation to understand how people interpret new tools and where adoption begins to fracture.
